Tasogare Otome x Amnesia – Ghost Maiden

Story:B
Tasogare Otome x Amnesia is about a school club called the Paranormal Investigations Club which has 3 members all of which other than Momoe can see the ghost of a girl named Yuuko

Ghost Maiden is really just a straight forward episode, it really just gets you into the characters and it ends rather fast, mostly due to the fact it goes back to the start of the episode so you can actually see Yuuko.

The ghost story in this episode is about a food elevator that operates on its own.

Characters:A
I actually liked the characters even though they are pretty dull and nothing special about them at first glance.

Sound:B
The sound for Tasogare Otome x Amnesia is great, the voice actors give a great performance to really bring the cast to life and project their emotions.

I would say my favorite thing about the show in terms of sound is the fantastic ED for the show which is the song Calandorie by Aki Okui.

Animation:A+

Overall:A
I would say this anime was perfect but to be honest the first episode plays out more like the first episode of a series that has already had a first season. If they would have focused more on how the manga starts up for this episode then it would have been perfect, you would actually know why Momoe has a crush on Teiichi and why Yuuko often picks with Kirie.

I have a feeling their saving back to use whats already shown in the manga for future episodes, which is why I guess Teiichi and Kirie call Yuuko by her first name.
